We collect information that you provide directly to us when creating a workspace, connecting database integrations, or installing our tracking widget on websites. This includes names, emails, credentials, and conversation logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to run our AI chatbot engine, provide RAG responses, send transactional email campaigns, issue notifications via Telegram/Pusher, and secure the admin dashboard.
3. Data Security
All training documents and API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Leads database entries are securely partitioned per user tenant to prevent unauthorized cross-origin access.
